Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Jakarta. Order processing time requires at least 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Please note this can take longer during our sales periods and if an item you ordered is out of stock order processing time may be delayed.

Order are processed Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm GMT +7 (Indonesia Time). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday dan Sunday GMT +7 will be processed on Monday GMT +7.

All shipping fee is not fixed some country might be need additional cost for shipping fee.

We offer FREE Express Shipping to Singapore & Malaysia for order above S$60.

We use EMS or Pos Express for International Express Shipping.

Shipping Responsibility & Risk Transfer

All items are inspected in perfect condition before dispatch.

Once handed to the courier:

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.

• We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Claims must be filed directly with the courier.

Customs & Import Charges

Customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or government import charges:

• Are 100% the recipient’s responsibility.

• Are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout.

• Are determined solely by the destination country.

• Are outside our control.

Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for refund.

Missdelivered / Returned Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

• Failure to receive or collect the parcel.

• Refusal upon delivery.

• Customs rejection or regulations.

If Parcel Is Returned to Us

If a parcel is returned:

Refund

• Product value refunded only.

• 30% restocking fee deducted.

• Shipping fees non-refundable.

• Any return shipping or penalty fees deducted.

If parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or not returned to us, no refund will be issued.
