SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Jakarta. Order processing time requires at least 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Please note this can take longer during our sales periods and if an item you ordered is out of stock order processing time may be delayed.

Order are processed Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm GMT +7 (Indonesia Time). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday dan Sunday GMT +7 will be processed on Monday GMT +7.

We offer FREE International Standard Shipping with tracking number on all orders above S$200.

Standard Delivery Time

Singapore : 2-5 business days.

United States : 10-20 business days.

Australia : 10-20 business days.

Other Country : 15-45 business days.

Express Shipping

Please contact us at softlensshopcs@gmail.com if you want to change your shipping method to DHL Express shipping. There will be additional charge for shipping with DHL. We will send separated invoice for additional charge through paypal gateway.

Missdelivered / Returned Parcel

We are not responsible if your parcel is missdelivered or returned to us due to :

1. You supplying of a wrong / invalid delivery address during order information.

2. You failure to pick up your parcel at the post office or when the courier delivery to your address. 

3. Decline by custom rules on your country.

 

In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you but you will have to pay full shipping and handling fee that was originally charged per order by Shipping company. If you would like to treat it as a return, we will refund the value of the product minus a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fee will not be refunded

Product Warranty

If we happen to have sent you the wrong color, prescription or model, we will be more than happy to correct our mistake. Please contact us at softlensshopcs@gmail.com with your order ID within 10 working days of receipt of your order. Provide photographic evidence to clearly show the defect or error. Certain cases may require you mailing the parcel back to us. We will replace the affected products.

 

Claims of lenses being defective or physically damaged (e.g. ripped, texture/coloration irregularities) require photographic evidence of the lenses still in original unopened packaging. Take pictures of the lenses through the bottoms of the clear glass vials.

 

Used or opened products are excluded from this warranty.

 

Please note that items marked "SALE / PROMO" and free products are excluded from this warranty.


Return & Exchange Policy​

We do not offer any return or exchange for reason of buyer remorse (purchase wrong color, model, prescription or etc.) therefore please be 100% sure about what do you want to buy before placing your order.
